Packaging, Delivery and Returns

Neutral packaging

Sensual Toys ships quickly (2-5 working day) and anonymously to your address or chosen delivery address. All our orders are packed in neutral packaging without featuring the name or logo of Sensual Toys anywhere. There is no information on the box that could give away the contents of the parcel. 

Covid-19

During the Covid-19 pandemic, delivery of some products may take a little longer and so we respectively ask you to allow up to 21 days before contacting us if you haven't received your order. 

UPS Tracked Delivery only to the address provided

All orders are sent through UPS and you be provided with a tracking code to that you can track the progress of you order. We do not send anything by standard mail.

Your order is sent to the address you have provided. This can be your own address or a chosen delivery address. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an automated email from our system providing you with your unique UPS tracking code.

What does a parcel from Sensual Toys look like?

Below you can see an example of the outside of our parcels. You also see a picture of a typical address sticker. The name 'Sensual Toys' is not visible anywhere on the parcel.

Postage Costs

Postage costs are based on the total weight of products in each order. The website will automatically calculate the delivery costs based on the following weight bands:

  • 0-2 kg - £4.95
  • 2-5 kg - £6.95
  • 5-10 kg - £9.95
  • 10-15 kg - £14.95
  • Over 15 kg - £19.95

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders of £60 in value.

RETURNING SOMETHING?

Returns and Warranties

Due to the intimate nature of the products, we are only able to accept returns if the product is broken or damaged at the time of delivery. Most products come with a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty, therefore issues with the product during the warranty period will be covered. Warranty information is displayed in the ‘About this product’ area of each product on the website.

Warranty starts at the moment the product is delivered. Some products have an extended warranty. These products come with a special warranty certificate.

Incorrect delivery

In case you have received an incorrect product, or if a product is missing, we ask you to report this to us immediately. As all products are scanned when leaving our warehouse, this rarely happens. If it does happen, then we will of course make sure you receive the products you ordered.

What to do if clothing doesn’t fit?

You would need to return the item to us at BCD Leisure Ltd. 132 Fore Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG14 1AJ, so that we can arranged an exchange or refund.

Defects

If you encounter a defective product, please report this to us immediately.
